		Product - Process Improvements

•		Productivity improvement: By using 20% of our Advanced Compounds for ultra fine films your productivity will increase up to 18%.
•		Better printability: Advanced Compounds for ultra fine films, allows better adhesion of the ink to the substrate, the printing speed increases and the scrap rate is reduced.
•		Improved Head Sealing: Due to the high thermal conductivity of "Advanced Compounds for ultra fine films", the bar temperature can be reduced, this drop of bar temperature results in less polymer degradation.
•		Bubble stability: Advanced Compounds for ultra fine films will increase the stability of the PE bubble resulting in a more uniform film. Which translates to a better film appearance and less deviation thickness tolerances.
•		Pigment dispersion improvement: Advanded Compounds for ultra fine films improves dispersion. As a result the pigment yield is increased with consequent cost reduction.
•		Blocking effect is reduced while increasing anti-slip effect.
